Emanuel "Manny" J. Greber, his wife Marie, and their children started the company in 1986. It was a way to share what they've learned over the years while building several homes for their own family and to foster overall quality of life for customers and their communities by blending traditional pride of workmanship with innovative, modern building techniques.

It also enabled the close-knit family to come together and establish their own multigenerational home base. Manny says, "We've lived in Europe and several locations up and down the East Coast of the United States, but we really wanted a place where we could put down roots and be part of the community." Now, Manny and Marie along with their son's and daughter's families live within walking distance of each other. The Grebers never forget the importance of family when building a home for someone else.

A true family affair, each member brings a unique perspective and diverse capabilities to the company. As CEO and Chairman of the Board, Manny uses his experience with managing international companies to guide The Greber Corporation by the philosophy that design excellence and ultimate livability are achievable within any budget. His extensive experience and first-hand knowledge of the building industry make him an effective manager who can draw the best from associates and subcontractors while keeping many details in check.

To date, The Greber Corporation has built many homes, but "never the same house twice." Each one is unique in some way, just like the company's many satisfied clients.
